Shipping Policy

At Pokeblom, we currently ship orders within the United States only. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer with a flat rate of $10.

 

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

 

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been marked as delivered. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us at emman@pokeblom.com, and we will assist you as best as we can.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of sealed products in the trading card game (TCG) industry, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. This policy ensures the integrity of the sealed products we sell.

 

However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us at emman@pokeblom.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Cancellations can be requested before shipment, but please note that a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
